Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because every order is custom-produced with your names, date or branding, orders are non-refundable once production has started, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by us in writing.
Before Production
You may cancel or amend your order at any time before you approve the final label design and before production begins, at no cost.
After Approval
Once you approve the label preview and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled, as the bottles are made specifically for your event. Any advance payment made at this stage is non-refundable, except where required by law or approved by us in writing.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If the delivered order does not match the design and details you approved, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, where we determine the error is ours, offer a correction, replacement or refund as appropriate.
